We’ve taken the Classic Louisiana sandwich the " Shrimp Po’ Boy” and put it on a pizza! Just like with all your favorite Pizza Barn pizza’s this one will start off with our homemade crust, Chef Shorty made a classic French remoulade sauce for the base and true to the Creole/Cajun flavor we tossed shrimp is a blend of seasonings to give it the classic Louisiana kick! Finally, mozzarella cheese and topped it off with some shredded lettuce and homemade croutons after it comes out of the oven! This is our first time giving The Bayou State a shout out through our Pizza of the Month!
